Webmaster / Web Administrator Trainee

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for understanding, maintaining and facilitating CMS integrations. Including editing and publishing content (within guidelines). Add/ update products.
  • Responsible for developing any necessary materials, manuals, guidelines or processes to facilitate ongoing use of the CMS software. Conducting any necessary training to staff on the
  • CMS software and website processes.
  • Maintain our existing websites and design new ones.
  • Create and modify appearance and setting of websites.
  • Meet with designers to agree on site's design.
  • Assist on web-based communications strategies and online campaigns.
  • Providing strategic counsel on the site, metrics reporting and analysis.
  • Examine and analyze site traffic.
  • Test different browsers and ensure people with different computers can access a website.
  • Email campaigns (templates)

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript, jQuery
  • Web analytics configuration and implementation. Reporting on Website traffic using Google Analytics.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Testing and resolving cross-browser issues
  • Understanding and knowledge of SEO - Back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization. 

PROFILE:

  • Degree and/or minimum 3+ years of experience in web, design and development
  • Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to fulfill several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • Basic English required
